Making goofy comedy games is a team sport, and we take that very seriously. At Triband, 60+ people from 20+ nationalities come together to create, collaborate and grow in an environment where the people behind our games matter just as much as the games themselves.

    The majority of people work 9:30 - 17:30, but it's normal to flextime or shift it to for example fit your kids schedule.

  • No crunch: People over deadlines
    Crunch is bullshit and no one should do it.

  • Hands-on, close to where it’s happening
    You get to be part of shaping new projects and the studio.

  • Central Copenhagen office
    Our nice office is located right by the lakes, 5 minutes away from the train and Metro.

    Playable jokes, long horses, everything is golf, trippy frog kings, stretchy walrus and what not.

    Daily lunch at a local restaurant with vegetarian/vegan options + soft ice on Thursdays, and all the drinks you can manage.

    It’s encouraged and kids are, after all, what makes the world go round.

  • Yes! We’re looking for the right people, so X months doesn’t matter too much.

  • This is what it looks like normally, but we don’t always do things normally!

    1. We review your application and see if it fits with what we're looking for. If it's a match, we'll invite you to a first interview (either online or at our office).
    2. The next step is zooming in on the details. Generally, you can expect some technical chats or a technical test to use as a conversation starter for a second interview (usually at our office).
    3. We'll invite you to a final meet-the-team (also at the office), where you'll get to meet some more of the people you'll (hopefully) be working with.

  • Mostly, no. We do have a very small number of team members working 100% remotely, but we really believe that creative and meaningful work needs close collaboration, and that's easiest when most of us are in one place.

About Triband

Triband is the award-winning studio behind the WHAT THE? comedy game series, which is played by millions worldwide. From our home in central Copenhagen, more than 60 wonderful humans are united by a simple mission: to make everyone laugh.

To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like to break player expectations, use wonderful music, slick art, and create a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot, and it doesn’t always work out, but we always learn something.

We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people who make the team better, bring new perspectives, and will challenge us and our way of doing things!
